I’m Elisha (Ee-lee-sha). I’m a watercolor artist with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree, a curious mind, and a heart that is always searching for beauty in the world around me.
For me, art is about more than creating something pretty (but that’s okay, too). It’s about capturing a feeling, telling a story, and finding little moments of wonder in the everyday. I love the way watercolor moves and blooms on paper, sometimes following a plan and sometimes taking me somewhere entirely unexpected. That sense of discovery is one of the things that keeps me coming back.
My creative world is a little eclectic, a little whimsical, and always evolving. I’m inspired by nature, imagination, the strange and wonderful details of ordinary life, and the freedom to follow an idea wherever it leads. Creativity should leave room for curiosity, experimentation, happy accidents, and a healthy amount of chaos.
The Wandering Artist is about following life wherever it takes me. It’s a place to share my artwork, explore new ideas, experiment with different projects, and connect with people who find a little joy in the things I create.
